Doug Parks serves as VP Ocean & Marine Practice Leader at Beecher Carlson's Oregon operation. Doug has over 30 years of experience in the ocean marine and property-casualty insurance brokerage fields, with extensive exposure to various marine industries and businesses that import & export. His areas of expertise include account management, new business development, staff management and in-house coordination and consulting in regard to ocean marine exposures in the Pacific Northwest.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Oregon State University. He is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Oregon for Property & Casualty and Life & Health. He also has his non-resident agent's licenses in the states of Washington, California, Idaho, Arizona and New Hampshire.
