Tim Clarke serves as Director of Risk Services at Beecher Carlson's Oregon operation. He is responsible for running the risk management services area where he coordinates these services for clients and monitors claims activity to ensure appropriate claims adjudication. He also provides training and consulting services to a broad spectrum of clients where he helps to effectively position them to successfully manage their risks.Tim is a highly skilled claims and risk manager with 20 years of experience. His experience includes law enforcement, insurance company claims management and insurance agency claims and risk management.
Tim is a graduate of Portland State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and a licensed agent in Oregon, Washington and California. He holds several professional designations and licenses, including the American Institute Of AICPCU; Associate degree in Insurance Claims and American Institute Of AICPCU.
