Beecher Carlson Promotes Janet Warren to Managing Director


Tuesday, August 22, 2006 - Warren to Lead and Expand Beecher Carlson’s National Claims Practice

Beecher Carlson, an insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm dedicated to delivering revolutionary solutions and service, announced today that is has promoted Janet Warren to Managing Director and National Claims Leader. In this role, Warren will be responsible for the management and delivery of exceptional claims consulting services to ensure clients achieve their claims management objectives. Warren will, in collaboration with clients and industry partners, focus on the proactive development of innovative solutions, team expansion and the continued advancement of Beecher Carlson’s framework to drive claims to appropriate and timely conclusion.

Warren is a 20-year insurance industry veteran and is recognized for her deep expertise in all aspects of the claims discipline to drive consistency and quality. She is also known for her client-focused service approach and determined leadership manner to help clients prevent losses and mitigate their impact.

Warren originally joined Beecher Carlson in March 2005 as Senior Vice President, Claims. She has helped clients with the continuous improvement and management of outcomes that affect their bottom line by leveraging the strong analytical expertise and resources that distinguish Beecher Carlson.

Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Warren served as Vice President and Claims Manager for Willis of Georgia. She also served as Vice President and Claims Consulting Team Leader at Marsh in Atlanta, after originally starting with Johnson and Higgins. At Marsh and Wills, she managed teams who provided claims consulting and advocacy services to a broad range of clients including Fortune 100 companies. Warren started her career with Crawford & Company in Michigan.

Warren graduated cum laude from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan, earning a BA in Business Administration and Management. She also holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
