Global Concerns – Global Business Strategies Go Beyond the Boardroom Boundaries

Business is global! Whether it be the customer base, the supply chain or the distribution channels -- traditional borders no longer exist. On an enterprise level, your Board needs to be aware of local laws that may impact your business operations abroad with global business strategies. On a personal level, your Directors need to know they are protected should they be serving on a subsidiary operating outside the U.S. The goal of this training module is two fold; to help your Directors know which questions to ask about corporate compliance on a country-by-country basis and to understand their own personal exposure.
