  • Secured a payment in excess of $20 million during arbitration of a claim on behalf of an offshore gathering system seeking damages resulting from the defendant’s wrongful release of dedicated gas-producing properties.
  • Successfully represented a motor vehicle manufacturer in dealer termination, relocation, and add point disputes, resulting in the manufacturer’s being permitted to implement its marketing plans.
  • Successfully defended a major oil company against an $80 million claim being asserted for alleged breaches of an offshore oil and gas operating agreement.
  • Obtained a favorable verdict defending a major gas company against a multimillion-dollar claim being asserted by a gas supplier seeking rights of incremental price increases.
  • Received a favorable arbitration award defending a major oil company in a multimillion-dollar dispute with significant working interest in a unitized field against royalty owners disputing plant splits and other royalty adjustments.
  • Successfully defended an oil and gas company in a multimillion-dollar dispute in an arbitration over a failed transaction involving the sale of offshore oil and gas producing properties.
  • Received a defense verdict defending a major producer of specialty chemicals in a multimillion-dollar suit filed by alleged agents on behalf of a Mexican corporation involved in the import of the specialty chemicals into the Mexican market.
  • Received a defense verdict defending a manufacturer of medium and heavy duty trucks against a $45 million claim being asserted by a transporter claiming to have a distribution agreement.
  • Obtained favorable verdict and multimillion-dollar wrongful death suit against a construction company.
  • Received a favorable arbitration award in defense of a major oil and gas service provider against a $47 million claim being asserted by the owner of the well claiming loss of the well resulting from a down-hole failure.
  • Obtained a favorable verdict defending a major oil corporation against a construction worker who sustained severe injury and disfigurement.
  • Successfully represented an automobile manufacturer in an administrative trial wherein automotive dealers were contesting the manufacturer’s allocation and pricing programs.
  • Successfully represented a medium duty truck manufacturer in an administrative trial against a franchise dealer seeking the right to market additional and new models of the manufacturer’s products.
  • Successfully defended an automotive manufacturer before a state commission investigating the manufacturer’s warranty and service network.
