- Received a favorable arbitration award defending a major oil company in a multimillion-dollar dispute with significant working interest in a unitized field against royalty owners disputing plant splits and other royalty adjustments.
- Successfully defended an oil and gas company in a multimillion-dollar dispute in an arbitration over a failed transaction involving the sale of offshore oil and gas producing properties.
- Received a defense verdict defending a major producer of specialty chemicals in a multimillion-dollar suit filed by alleged agents on behalf of a Mexican corporation involved in the import of the specialty chemicals into the Mexican market.
- Received a defense verdict defending a manufacturer of medium and heavy duty trucks against a $45 million claim being asserted by a transporter claiming to have a distribution agreement.
- Obtained favorable verdict and multimillion-dollar wrongful death suit against a construction company.
- Received a favorable arbitration award in defense of a major oil and gas service provider against a $47 million claim being asserted by the owner of the well claiming loss of the well resulting from a down-hole failure.
- Obtained a favorable verdict defending a major oil corporation against a construction worker who sustained severe injury and disfigurement.
- Successfully represented an automobile manufacturer in an administrative trial wherein automotive dealers were contesting the manufacturer’s allocation and pricing programs.
- Successfully represented a medium duty truck manufacturer in an administrative trial against a franchise dealer seeking the right to market additional and new models of the manufacturer’s products.
