Bruce Feuchter handles public offerings, corporate securities, and general finance transactions for leading emerging-growth companies. He led the sell-side legal team in Orange County California’s “Deal of the Year” in 2007, as designated by the Association for Corporate Growth, when he helped sell Intralase Corp. to Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. for $808 million. He was also lead counsel in 2007 to Trans1, Inc. in its initial public offering. Bruce’s work includes:
  • Representation of new companies in formation, organizational matters for early stage and mature companies, private and public financing, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and technology licensing strategies
  • Represents public and privately held companies in a diverse array of industries including medical devices, computer hardware and software industrial manufacturers, insurance services and venture capital
