Mr. Lifschultz is a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.

Mr. Lifschultz possesses special expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital, and his diverse practice regularly involves matters both domestic and international.

Mr. Lifschultz’s transactional practice focuses on a wide variety of matters that combine corporate and commercial law, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, public and private stock and debt offerings, bank and venture capital financings, strategic alliances and other complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He currently acts as senior outside counsel for a number of corporations, both foreign and domestic.

Mr. Lifschultz developed and founded the International Lawyers Network on behalf of Epstein Becker & Green, and has served as its Chairman since its inception in 1988. Their International Lawyers Network includes more than 85 firms, and more than 4,500 lawyers, throughout the World. He has represented the interests of numerous foreign companies in the U. S. as well as advised many U. S. companies on their businesses and transactions abroad.

A graduate of Columbia University Law School, Mr. Lifschultz is a director of numerous for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, and has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Lubin School of Business of Pace University.
