Steve leads Beecher Carlson’s Executive Liability Practice with particular emphasis upon the prevention, mitigation and financing of Directors & Officers Liability and related governance risks. He has more than 20 years of experience with Executive Liability Products.
Before joining Beecher Carlson, Steve worked at Marsh USA Inc for 15 years. He was the Chairman of their Financial & Professional Liability services practice with responsibility for a number of major client relationships.
Steven Anderson graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Political Science and American Literature. He earned a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the New York State Bar. Anderson is a frequent speaker on D&O, Fiduciary Liability, EPL and Claims issues at seminars for the ABA, RIMS, and other industry groups.
