Janet is responsible for the management and delivery of exceptional claims consulting services to ensure clients achieve their claims management objectives. Janet’s focus is on the proactive development of innovative solutions to drive claims to appropriate and timely conclusion. Warren is a 25-year insurance industry veteran and is recognized for her deep expertise in all aspects of the claims discipline to drive consistency and quality. She is also known for her client-focused service approach and determined leadership manner to help clients prevent losses and mitigate their impact.Throughout her career, she has successfully assisted her clients in reducing claims costs through effective claims management, continuous risk improvement and process implementation strategies. She is skilled in multi-line claims advocacy, vendor oversight management and large loss resolution. Janet’s consulting projects have included developing and implementing return-to-work, claims, injury and litigation management and prevention programs. Her claims closure projects have demonstrated substantial reduction in incurred loss costs for many clients.
Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Janet served as Vice President and Claims Manager for Willis of Georgia. She also served as Vice President and Claims Consulting Team Leader at Marsh in Atlanta, after originally starting with Johnson and Higgins. At Marsh and Wills, she managed teams who provided claims consulting and advocacy services to a broad range of clients including Fortune 100 companies. Janet started her career with Crawford & Company in Michigan.
Janet graduated cum laude from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan, earning a BA in Business Administration and Management. She also holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
