Tom Golub is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Beecher Carlson. Under his leadership, Beecher Carlson has experienced unprecedented revenue growth over the past five years and is recognized as the fastest-growing brokerage in the industry.Recognized as a visionary in the industry, Tom successfully built Hobbs Group LLC and eventually sold it to Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton (NYSE:HRH) in 2002. He helped grow the Company from $3 million in revenue to $120 million and directed the expansion of Hobbs to 24 offices throughout the U.S. In June 2008, HRH was acquired by Willis Group Holdings for $2.1 billion.
Tom began his career in sales with Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company, a property insurance firm specializing in underwriting Fortune 1000 businesses.
Tom received an undergraduate degree in risk management from the University of Georgia. He resides in Atlanta.
